Greetings,

The bluebonnets are blooming and my pecan tree has decided to begin to bud out.  Heard we may get some cool weather, but maybe it won't freeze anything.

We are happy to send out reminders about upcoming events and activities that you will want to add to your calendar. Also, just a thought - WARNING - Dates in calendar are closer than they appear.

Next week -

 

  • Easter Week - Friday, March 25th - Good Friday and Sunday, March 27th is Easter Sunday.

  • Tuesday, March 29th - Achievement Now with Craig Krause from 11am to 1pm at First National Bank Business Center. Highly motivational and energizing Lunch N Learn. Let us know if you are coming so we can order lunch for you.

  • Thursday, March 31st - California Wine Country Trip - Chamber Trip to the Wine Country is a fun 5 day excursion with food, wine and several special visits.  

  • Monday, April 4th - Country Music Monday-Lone Star Opry

  • April 7-9th - Rodeo Giddings - Lee county Sheriff's Posse CPRA Rodeo at the Arena.

  • Saturday, April 9th - Keep Texas Beautiful/Keep Giddings Beautiful in Giddings includes opportunities to help with local service projects and clean up activities.

  • Tuesday, April 12th - Martin Luther Lutheran Church Walk In Coffee from 10am to 1pm.

  • Tuesday, April 19th - First United Methodist Church BBQ on Bun Fundraiser

FRIDAY NIGHT APRIL 22ND JOIN THE CHAMBER FOR AN EVENING WITH CHAD PRATHER - SOUTHERN GENTLEMAN

The Chamber will be closed on Good Friday. HAPPY EASTER!
